On the slopes of the historic Fillaboa estate, in the R\u00edas Baixas Denomination of Origin in Galicia, this 100% Albari\u00f1o wine is born. Its 50 cultivated hectares of vineyards, year after year, are caressed by temperate breezes, with a gentle constant humidity typical of the Atlantic climate that, together with the good quality of the soil, its \u201cterroir\u201d, make Fillaboa the best environment for cultivation of the Albari\u00f1o grape variety, giving its wines a great personality. <\/p>\n
We make it with the care, attention and pampering<\/strong> so typical of this Galician region, enhancing the primary aromas of the Albari\u00f1o grape and letting it rest for 6 months on its own fine lees in stainless steel tanks.<\/p>\n The result could not be more surprising, a harmonious Albari\u00f1o white wine, with good structure, that impresses with its clean and bright straw yellow color.<\/strong> If we stop to enjoy it calmly, we discover certain aromas of ripe fruits, notes of pineapple and apple. Hints of mango and citrus also appear. The sensation at the end, enjoying this Albari\u00f1o from DO R\u00edas Baixas, is that of a white wine, delicate and unctuous, with a very well integrated and balanced acidity. A fresh, fruity and round Albari\u00f1o white wine on the palate.
