We make this eau-de-vie by macerating a bouquet of aromatic herbs including aniseed, cinnamon, liquorice, nutmeg, chamomile, coriander, fennel and rosemary. After distilling, this herb eau-de-vie rests for one month in order to achieve its typical bright and crystal clear yellow colour. The result is a sweet, aromatic eau-de-vie with a fruity taste reminiscent of apple and balsamic flavours on a delicate and elegant background with a long, seductive and lasting aftertaste.<\/p>\n
