A classic with a pure flavour of Galicia. Fillaboa Herb eau-de-vie is triple distilled and is Designation of Origin Galicia.
We make this eau-de-vie by macerating a bouquet of aromatic herbs including aniseed, cinnamon, liquorice, nutmeg, chamomile, coriander, fennel and rosemary. After distilling, this herb eau-de-vie rests for one month in order to achieve its typical bright and crystal clear yellow colour. The result is a sweet, aromatic eau-de-vie with a fruity taste reminiscent of apple and balsamic flavours on a delicate and elegant background with a long, seductive and lasting aftertaste.
This classical and aromatic Fillaboa Herb eau-de-vie has been awarded three different prizes: Silver Medal in the Wines, Spirits and Wineries Guide of Galicia in 2022 and the Gold Medal in the same guide in 2019 and 2021.
