Fillaboa Herb Liqueur from Galicia

A classic with the authentic flavor of Galicia. Fillaboa Galician Herbal Liqueur is a liqueur with a designation of origin from Galicia.

We make this liqueur by cold-macerating a selection of aromatic herbs, including mint and chamomile, among others. It is then distilled, and Galician pomace brandy is added. Before bottling, it is allowed to rest to produce a crystal-clear liqueur with an intense aroma.

The result is a sweet, aromatic eau-de-vie with a fruity taste reminiscent of apple and balsamic flavours on a delicate and elegant background with a long, seductive and lasting aftertaste.

This classic and aromatic Fillaboa Galician Herbal Liqueur has twice been awarded the Silver Medal in the 2022 Guide to Galician Wines, Distillates, and Wineries and the Gold Medal in the same guide in 2021.
