Transparent, clean and bright, this is the Fillaboa White Spirit, an essential after-dinner meal for all lovers of distillates.
We always make this traditional Galician brandy in limited editions, from the bagasse of the Albariño grape variety, and we distill it by steam dragging. When tasting this brandy I.G. From Galicia we will find certain aromas of apple, citrus nuances, grapefruit and soft notes of bagasse.
Fillaboa’s Orujo de Galicia has taken first place in three competitions, winning the Gold Medal in the Guide to Wines, Distillates, and Wineries of Galicia in 2021 and 2022. In addition, it has also earned 93 points in the 2023 Peñín Guide to Spirits and Vermouth and in the 2024 ADN Verema Guide, as well as the Grand Gold award in the Guide to Wines, Spirits, and Wineries of Galicia.
